By using TT Saver (the "app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What the app does

The app lets you save publicly available short videos to your own device for personal, offline viewing. It does not host, store or redistribute any video.

2. Your responsibilities

• Only save content you have the right to save. Videos belong to the people who made them. Respect their rights and the terms of the platform they published on.
• Use saved videos for personal purposes only. Do not re-upload, sell, or present someone else's work as your own.
• Do not attempt to circumvent the app's limits, tamper with it, or use it to access private content.

You are solely responsible for how you use what you save.

3. Free use, subscriptions and credits

Free tier. A limited number of saves per day and per week, with advertising. We may change these limits.

Subscriptions remove the limits and the ads for their duration. They are sold and billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, renew automatically until cancelled, and are cancelled through your Apple or Google account settings. The price and renewal period are shown before you buy. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.

Credits are a one-time purchase: one credit lets you save one video beyond the free allowance, with no ad. Credits do not expire. Credits are tied to the installation that bought them. There is no account system, so a balance cannot be transferred to another device or restored after the app is deleted and reinstalled. This is stated before every purchase. Credits are used only after the free allowance for the day and week is spent.

Refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Where the law gives you a right of withdrawal, it applies as the law provides.

4. Availability

The app depends on third-party platforms it does not control. A video may become unavailable, or the app may stop working for some content, at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee that any particular video can be saved.

5. Not affiliated

TT Saver is an independent product of En Place AD. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, or any platform whose content it can save. Their names are used only to describe compatibility.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for how you use saved content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Changes and termination

We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We may suspend access for misuse.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without affecting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
